Repair hotline and remote repair
Maximum system serviceability and minimum downtime are important for the systems we supply.
In the event of a problem in your system that cannot be resolved by your on-site staff, the service hotline of Yihong Company is available for your company during office hours, or at night or on holidays as agreed upon upon request.
· First level support: Our personnel will contact your experienced technicians to obtain the type of fault information and, if possible, provide troubleshooting instructions directly
Second level support: If the problem cannot be resolved, the staff responsible for the project will be connected via remote maintenance functions and analyze the system's diagnostic data. This is achieved through remote control software, which is installed on the most important computer in the system with your consent. The access system is implemented in an encoded format and can only be temporarily released if needed. If the problem cannot be solved by telephones or remote maintenance, our technicians will go to the scene to clear the fault.
